1.Introductory conditions
These Terms of Trade are valid for purchases made from the Internet store www.manufaktura.biz (hereinafter only the "Retailer"), the operator of which is Český národní podnik, s.r.o., Melantrichova 17, Prague 1, business ID No.: 49687387. The Terms of Trade stipulate and regulate the rights and obligations of the Retailer and its customers (hereinafter only the "Buyers").
2.Orders
By submitting an order the Buyer confirms that he has read the Terms of Trade and that he agrees with them. For an order to be valid, all the information and requisites stipulated on the form must be properly completed. The order delivery location is the delivery address given by the Buyer on the order form.
3.Payment conditions
- Payment in cash when collecting the goods at the premises of the Retailer - the Buyer pays the total price directly to the Retailer when collecting the goods.
- Cash on delivery - the Buyer pays the total price to the forwarding agent when accepting the goods
- Payment by credit card - when sending the order the Buyer pays for the goods by authorising payment at the card centre. The Retailer accepts the following cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
4.Delivery methods and prices
Transport costs abroad to be approved will be specified by e-mail.
5.Warranty
If no warranty period is given, this means that the warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period commences on the date of delivery of the goods. In the event of a repair to the goods, the warranty period will automatically be extended by the time the goods were being repaired. In the event the goods are replaced, the standard warranty period will commence from the moment the replaced goods are accepted. The Retailer will bear the delivery costs in the case of repaired or replaced goods.
6.Withdrawal from the contract of sale by the Buyer
The Buyer has the right, pursuant to the Civil Code No.367/2000, to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from acceptance of the goods. If he so decides, he must return the goods undamaged, without any indications of use or wear and in the original packaging, back to the Retailer. After receiving the returned and undamaged goods, the Retailer will return the corresponding amount to the Buyer. This returned amount will equal the difference between the purchase price and the delivery costs (postage and cash on delivery fee)
7.Withdrawal from the contract of sale by the Retailer
The Retailer retains the right to cancel an order or its part in the event that it no longer manufactures or delivers such goods. In this case, the Buyer will be contacted without delay and arrangements will be made for the next steps.
8.Protection of personal information
Personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, bank details, credit card details, business ID No., tax ID No.), which form part of an order or are given during the registration of a new Buyer will be considered by the Retailer as confidential and will be protected from misuse. Information about Buyers will never be provided to third parties, with the exception of those that are directly involved in the processing of an order by the Buyer (bank, postage) and even then, only so far as strictly required.
9.Final information
These Terms of Trade are valid in their wording on the website www.manufaktura.biz on the date the Buyer sends an electronic order. By sending an electronic order, the Buyer accepts, without exception, all the provisions of these Terms of Trade in their wording on the date the order was sent.
