Warranty claims

The Retailer bears the risk connected with the delivery of the goods (loss, destruction and damage) so that the Buyer is not exposed to the risk of any losses connected with his order, but only under the assumption that the Buyer, on accepting the delivery from the forwarding agent, immediately checks the condition and quantity of the delivered goods, that the correct goods have been delivered and that they are complete. This means that in the event of loss of or damage to a consignment during postage a claim may be made against the forwarding agent. If the goods have been damaged during postage, the Buyer will complete a damaged goods report together with the representative of the forwarding agent, and will inform the Retailer of this fact within 2 working days. Upon receipt of this report, and after mutual agreement, new goods will be dispatched to the Buyer as soon as possible. If the goods are collected in person from the Retailer, the Buyer must check the completeness of the order on site and immediately notify the Retailer of any problem. In the event a defect covered by the warranty occurs to goods supplied by the Retailer, the Buyer can make a warranty claim in writing or by e-mail. In the event of a justified warranty claim*, the Retailer will ensure the repair or replacement of the faulty or damaged goods for the Buyer free of charge within the warranty period.

Goods that are the subject of a warranty claim will be accepted:

- in a complete state

- with a copy of the delivery note or the invoice

- with a summary list of the goods and a written description of the defect

- with a contact (delivery) address** and telephone contact number

(* the warranty does not apply to damage caused through inappropriate or incompetent handling)

(**this does not need to be the same as the address on the document)

If goods are not submitted for a warranty claim with all the above requisites, the Buyer will be requested to provide the missing items and the duration of the warranty procedure will be extended. If the warranty claim is justified, the repaired or replaced goods will be sent back to the Buyer at the address given by him as soon as possible, but at the latest within 3 weeks from the acceptance of the warranty claim. If it is found that the warranty claim is unjustified, the Buyer will bear all the costs connected with the processing of that warranty claim. A warranty claim applying to an evidently mechanically damaged product must be made within 2 working days from receipt of the goods. Similarly, a warranty claim relating to an incomplete delivery must be made within 2 working days. Warranty claims made after this deadline will not be considered by the Retailer.
