Here you may set the filter for displaying purchase orders. These can be sorted by:

DOCUMENT NUMBER

FILING DATE from - to

DATUMU REALIZACE from - to

STATE OF REALIZATION

- unrealized

- realized

- all

If you have chosen the class of orders you want to view, click the icon SEARCH PURCHASE ORDERS to display them.

The list of chosen orders will be shown. You can sort them further by the orders' numbers, dates of issuance, dates of realization (in descending order or upwardly). The degree of realization of particular orders is differentiated by colors, so that you can search them more easily.

After clicking PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER, the order will be displayed in the same format it will be (or it was) send to you. By clicking ADD TO CART, you can add the items contained in this order into the SHOPPING CART. This function will ease your work with repeatitious orders. SHOPPING CARD will be shown after clicking mentioned icon. Continue in accordance with the manual CATALOG - Shopping cart.

 

Here is the option to display delivery orders and sort them by delivery note number or by issuance dates from - to. If you have chosen the class of delivery notes you want to view, click the icon SEARCH DELIVERY NOTES to display them. The list of chosen delivery notes will be shown. You may sort them further by the notes numbers or dates of issuance (in descending order or upwardly). By clicking on the DELIVERY NOTE NUMBER, the document will be displayed in the same format you were (or will be) sent.

 

Here you may set the filter for displaying invoices. These can be sorted by:

INVOICE NUMBER

REALIZATION DATE OF TAXABLE PAYMENT

DATE OF ISSUANCE

MATURITY DATE

PAID/UNPAID

If you have chosen the class of invoices you want to view, click the icon SEARCH INVOICES to display them.

The list of chosen invoices will be shown. You may sort them further by invoice number, date of issuance, realization date of taxable payment or maturity date (in descending order or upwardly). By clicking on INVOICE NUMBER, the document will be shown in the same format you were (or will be) sent.
